David Kostka

David Kostka has extensive experience in operations and procurement management, currently serving as Plant Manager and Head of Business Area Support Functions at Vibracoustic since September 2015. Responsibilities include profit performance development, investment planning, personnel development, customer service management, and fostering a zero defect and health, safety, and environmental culture. Previous roles at Holcim involved managing country procurement activities and leading business development projects across Central and Eastern Europe. David's earlier experience at Vibracoustic encompassed project and continuous improvement management, focusing on manufacturing loss improvement and the application of Six Sigma methodologies. Academic qualifications include a degree in Business and Technology from the Czech University of Life Sciences and an MBA from Brno International Business School, supplemented by Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
