Jerome Fanouillere has over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global 2nd Level Support at Vibracoustic, Jerome manages a diverse global team of 41 professionals, including 4 Regional Managers. Previously, Jerome worked as an External IT Infrastructure Consultant at Ajeo Consulting, leading IT teams for TrelleborgVibracoustic and overseeing various infrastructure projects. Other roles include IT Consultant for Trelleborg Automotive and Responsable Informatique at SCA Ouest groupe E.Leclerc. Jerome began their IT career as a Global IT Administrator at Trelleborg Automotive after earning a Master's degree in Biology from the Faculté des sciences Nantes.
