Jin Han is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Since April 2019, Jin has held multiple leadership roles at Vibracoustic, including President for the APAC region and Vice President overseeing the Global Application Team for Motor Mount OEMs. Prior to this, Jin served as Head of CsC Asia at Boge Elastmetall GmbH, focusing on development, sales, and purchasing across the APAC region. Jin's earlier career includes significant roles at ZF Group and Cooper Standard, where management of engineering teams and product development for powertrain suspension mounts were key responsibilities. Jin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Engineering from Kettering University.
