Bill Socquet

Bill Socquet has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of operations and business consulting. In 2016, they began their tenure as Vice President of Operations at VIBRANALYSIS INC. and Lead Business Consultant at William Lane LLC. Prior to that, they were employed by The Hartford from 1986 to 2015, where they held various roles, including Director, Enterprise Service Management, Director, Enterprise Solutions, Director, Contact Center Technology Solutions, and Project Manager. During their time with The Hartford, they were responsible for program leadership for enterprise level, end user productivity improvements, and led the transition of self-managed contact center systems and applications to software as a service. Bill was also responsible for establishing service management functions, quality assurance program, governance, and audit controls related to the new services.

Bill Socquet attended Post University from 1980 to 1982, where they earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Bill then continued their studies at Post University from 1982 to 1985, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
