Chihan “Grant” Gao

Chihan “Grant” Gao is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in asset management, property management, and data analysis. Currently serving as an Assistant Asset Manager and Property Manager at Vibrant Cities since January 2023, Chihan previously held various positions, including Student Assistant at HFS University of Washington, where responsibility included assisting the dining service team. Chihan's experience also includes a role as a Data Analyst summer intern at Binarix in Shanghai, where data analytics supported marketing strategies for the e-commerce sector. In addition, Chihan served as Social Media Marketing Manager for Huavoice, a media outlet at the University of Washington, and completed a Supply Management summer internship with the Red Cross Society of China, focused on logistics during a natural disaster. Chihan holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington.
