Lawson Wong

Asset Manager at Vibrant Cities

Lawson serves as a Project Manager where he is responsible for assisting the entire development process from site acquisition to entitlement to construction. Prior to joining Vibrant Cities, Lawson started his career at Terreno Realty Corporation as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst, covering the Seattle, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C. markets. He directly worked on the acquisition of over a dozen real estate projects that worth $120+ million and managed a portfolio worth $600+ million. Prior to working at Terreno, Lawson interned at PGIM Real Estate in San Francisco and Holland Partner Group and Morgan Stanley in Seattle.

Lawson earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University, where he founded the Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group (HUREIG) and served as a Bible Course Leader in Harvard College Faith and Action (HCFA).
