Ming Fung

Ming designs the complex financial models that drive commercial building projects. She leans on more than a decade of professional experience that started with raising and structuring finance for the construction of start-up restaurants. More recently Ming helped secure $200+ million of financing for multi-family and condo development projects in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Her insights are grounded by Executive Studies at Stanford University, and a Masters degree in Information Management from the University of Washington. Ming has a proven track record counseling businesses as a CPA. As a co-founder, Ming now splits her time between overseeing Vibrant Cities’ financial portfolio and researching small-footprint living to gratify her passion for green construction.
