Ezrina Celestin

Ezrina Celestin has over a decade of experience in procurement and IT business services. Ezrina is currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Vibrant Emotional Health, where they train staff, provides thought partnership, and negotiates agreements for strategic procurements. Prior to this role, Ezrina was the Procurement Manager at the same organization, where they managed and organized programs and activities and ensured compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Before joining Vibrant Emotional Health, they held various positions at the University of Maryland Global Campus, including Associate Director, Assistant Director, IT Business Manager, and IT Procurement Specialist. At the University, they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and renewal schedules, as well as managing the full life cycle of central IT purchasing. Additionally, they worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Manager at NPIJATF.

Ezrina Celestin received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in June 2013.
