Lcsw {She/Her} Lisa Jones Chandler

Lisa Jones Chandler is currently serving as the Chief Compliance & Quality Officer and Head of Equity at Vibrant Emotional Health. In their role, Lisa focuses on Corporate Compliance & Ethics, Quality Improvement, and Equity & Belonging. Previously, Lisa has held leadership positions in various organizations such as Vice President of Corporate Excellence at Vibrant Emotional Health, Interim Senior Director overseeing technology-driven behavioral health services, and as a Psychotherapist in private practice. Lisa's background includes experience in clinical psychotherapy, community outreach, and program management in mental health and psychiatric facilities. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University. Additionally, Lisa has a Post Masters Certificate in Executive Leadership in the Non-Profit Sector from New York University.
