Mpp Rei Horst

Rei Horst is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at Vibrant Emotional Health, focused on helping all individuals achieve mental and emotional well-being through innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Rei was the Founding Executive Director at The Defensive Line, working towards ending youth suicide, especially for people of color. Rei has also worked as a Field Organizer at the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, Program Director at ConnectPoints of Family Service of Chester County, and in various roles related to housing support and homelessness initiatives. Rei holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
