Sam Rizzeri

Sam Rizzeri is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and project leadership. Currently serving as the HR Operations Establishment Lead at the Department of Government Services since November 2024, Sam has previously held positions including Human Resources Project Lead at Parks Victoria, Director at the Victorian Department of Health and COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria, and HR Integration Lead at Visa and Earthport. Additional roles include International HR Manager at M&G Investments and Human Resources Manager at Norton Rose Fulbright. Sam's career began as a Senior Project Manager at the Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, followed by a tenure as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at ERM.
