Sarah Romano

Sarah Romano currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Vicarious Surgical Inc. since April 2025 and has been an advisor at Trefis since September 2018. Previously, Sarah held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Entero Therapeutics from March 2022 to March 2025 and at Kiora Pharmaceuticals from August 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included capital fundraising, strategy development, investor relations, and compliance with SEC and SOX regulations. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Controller at TechTarget, where oversight of the monthly close process and audit coordination were key responsibilities. Sarah has a Master’s degree in Accounting from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.
