Steve Allison

Steve Allison is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and service management. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Administrator at Vicarious Surgical Inc. since May 2023, Steve previously spent 17 years as a Field Services Technician at Bose Corporation, where responsibilities included Cisco Layer 2 switch configuration, PC repair, and asset management. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Lead Technician and Service Manager at Elkco Corporation from 1993 to 2006, overseeing server hardware configurations and supervising PC technicians. Steve's educational background includes a Basic Electronics and Computer Science degree from GTE Sylvania Tech and a High School Diploma from Worcester Vocational Tech, with additional studies in mechanical drawing and plumbing.
