Nadege Fernandes

Nadege Fernandes has extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as a Travel Manager at Vicat since March 2010, where responsibilities include assisting travelers in finding optimal itineraries while adhering to travel policies and conveying health and safety information. Prior to this role, Nadege worked at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from 1998 to 2010, where positions included Manager of the Back Office, leading a team of 17 and enhancing productivity through process development, as well as Managing an Agency, focusing on sales team leadership, local client development, and implementing ISO 9002 standards. Nadege holds an International Ticketing Diploma from Villette d'Anthon and a BTS in Tourism from Tezenas du Montcel.
