Jerome Holder

Jerome Holder is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in media strategy and operations, currently serving as the Global Media Director at VICE Media since March 2020. In this role, Jerome leads global media planning, strategy, activation, and audience processes while overseeing ad operations and content effectiveness tracking across various markets. Previously, as Associate Director of Media Strategy UK at VICE Media Group, Jerome developed multi-market media strategies and enhanced partnership measurement processes. Prior roles at Starcom included Senior Media Strategist, where Jerome contributed to the planning and strategy for major clients such as Visa, and various account management positions with a focus on high-profile brands. Jerome began a career in education as a Teaching Assistant at Barclays Primary School and holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford Brookes University.
