Joshua Kappel is a legal professional with a diverse background in drug law reform and advocacy. As a co-founder of Microdosing Collective since January 2022, Joshua Kappel has been involved in establishing the first non-profit in the U.S. focused on microdosing. In addition, Joshua Kappel serves as a partner at Vicente LLP since May 2010 and was a principal at VS Strategies from 2014 to 2023. Previously, Joshua Kappel held the position of deputy director at Sensible Colorado from 2007 to 2017, and interned at the American Civil Liberties Union's Drug Law Reform Project in late 2009. Joshua Kappel’s leadership experience includes founding and presiding over both NORML - Truman State Chapter and Students for a Sensible Drug Policy - Truman State Chapter during their time at Truman State University. Joshua Kappel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Religion from Truman State University.
