Ian Cabalse

Ian Cabalse is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fulfillment, logistics, and operations management. Currently serving as the Enterprise and Fulfillment Systems Program Manager at VICI since April 2022, Ian leads fulfillment and e-commerce projects, acting as the primary liaison among IT, operations, and stakeholders. Previous roles include Distribution Manager at Cowgirl Creamery, Warehouse Manager at Wineshipping, and Sr. Manager of Development at ESI Logistics, where Ian designed operational procedures and customer service programs. Ian has also owned and operated The Cabalse Group, migrating businesses to cloud services, and held various technical and supervisory roles at Naked Wines, ST Solutions, and Six Flags. Ian's educational pursuits include an Associate degree in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from Napa Valley Community College.
