Jeremy Waxman

Jeremy Waxman is the Director of Accounting at Vici Properties. Jeremy has over seven years of experience working in Real Estate Assurance and is a subject matter expert in complex transactions and their impact to accounting and business.

Jeremy started their career at EY in January 2011 as a Senior Manager. Jeremy was quickly promoted to Director after demonstrating their expertise in Real Estate Assurance. As Director, Jeremy was responsible for overall coordination and team management of the audits for large and small, public and private real estate companies. Jeremy was actively involved in the business development and acted as a liaison to several non-audit companies as a subject matter expert. Jeremy also consulted on complex transactions and their impact to accounting and business.

In June 2018, Jeremy left EY to join Vici Properties as the Director of Accounting. In their current role, they are responsible for the accounting function and for leading a team of accountants. Jeremy also manages relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors.

Jeremy Waxman has a Master of Accounting from Miami University and a Bachleors of Science in Business from Miami University.
