Lindsey Sands

Lindsey Sands is a seasoned business attorney currently serving as VP & Associate General Counsel at Vicinity Energy since January 2020. Previously, Lindsey held multiple roles at Veolia North America from May 2012 to December 2019, including Assistant General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Corporate Counsel, focusing on municipal and commercial law. Earlier experience includes an associate position at Holland & Knight from February 2006 to May 2012, specializing in the syndication of partnership interests tied to tax-advantaged investments, as well as serving in the Tax Group at Sidley Austin LLP from September 2004 to January 2006. Lindsey graduated with a JD from Boston College Law School in 2004 and holds a BA in History and Spanish from the University of Michigan, earned in 2000.
