Peter Cullen

Peter Cullen is an advisor at VICO Infrastructure and a veteran of the water infrastructure industry. Peter was previously the president of PERC Water Corporation, where they oversaw the completion of over 20 water infrastructure projects. In 2000, they led the Santa Paula, California public-private partnership project, which was the first 100% privately funded project of its kind in the US. The project received the Award of Distinction for Water Deal of the Year. Peter has also served as the Vice President & CFO of TRC Alton Geoscience and as a staff accountant and project analyst for Haymills Group.

Peter Cullen graduated from Griffith College Dublin with a degree in accounting and business management. Peter then went on to complete a certification from Harvard Business School Online in sustainable business strategy. Finally, they became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through the Institute of Management Accountants.
