Rima Shyamnani

Rima Shyamnani, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at VICO Therapeutics B.V. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rima held the position of Director of Reporting and Internal Control at Pharvaris from April 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing SEC reporting, managing external auditor relationships, and ensuring internal control compliance. Rima also served as Associate Director, Controller at Pharvaris, establishing the company's accounting and reporting processes. Rima started the career at EY as an Audit Executive, managing various audit engagements across multiple industries. Rima holds a Post Master in Financial Audit from Universidad de Alcalá and a Master’s degree in Business Administration specialized in International Business from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
