Craig Quinn has extensive experience in the Department of Transport since November 1988, starting as a Team Manager. Prior to this, Craig was a Manager - Spare Parts Interpreter in the agricultural spare parts industry from January 1978 to November 1984. In addition, Craig has been with VicRoads since January 2006, currently serving as a Team Leader Regional Operations and also as a Team Leader in Asset Delivery for the South Western Region. Craig's responsibilities include managing routine pavement, roadside, and bridge maintenance, as well as overseeing emergency management activities within the area.

The Victorian Government has made an in-principle decision to progress a joint venture model to support the delivery of VicRoads’ Registration and Licensing (R&L), and Custom Plates services. The purpose of a joint venture is to modernise a number of VicRoads services to make them more user-friendly for motorists and deliver value for money for Victorians.
