Jay Winterton

Jay Winterton is an experienced finance and project management professional with 15 years in project accounting, capital planning, and enterprise portfolio management. Currently, as the EPMO Governance and Reporting Manager at VicRoads, Jay leads governance frameworks to improve portfolio transparency and decision-making. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office at the City of Port Phillip, where they established project management standards and drove improvements in project delivery. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce with an Accounting major from Monash University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
