Lisa Barton has been with VicRoads since June 2008, where Lisa currently serves as the Human Resource Manager. In addition, Lisa has been a Member of the Board of Management for Courthouse Arts since April 2012. Lisa has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Deakin University, as well as various diplomas from Gordon Tafe in Business Management, Training and Assessment, and Human Resource Management. Lisa also holds a Diploma of Banking and Finance from Swinburne University of Technology.
