Rick Bucher

Rick Bucher has held various leadership roles at Victaulic since 2009, including President and CEO, President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Technology and Product Development, and Vice President of Product Development. Prior to Victaulic, Rick Bucher served as a Business Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates from 1994 to 2009. Rick Bucher obtained a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Virginia Tech, a Master's in Materials Science from Rice University, and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from Rice University.
