Ronald Oren

Ronald Oren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and performance improvement across various industries. Since November 2018, Ronald has been the Technical & Sales Trainer at Victaulic, also serving as the VDC Special Projects Lead and VDC Business Process Lead. Prior to this role, Ronald worked at Nestlé Nutrition North America from October 2014 to November 2018 as an Industrial Performance Engineer and Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included loss data preparation, KPI execution, and managing production lines. Ronald began career progression at Nestlé USA as an Operations Management Trainee and completed internships at C.F. Martin & Co. in project engineering and operations management. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, earned in 2013.
