Head, Micro Imaging at Victor Chang

Scott Page is a highly experienced researcher currently serving as the Head of Micro Imaging at Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute since June 2021. Previously, Scott held various roles at the Children's Medical Research Institute, including Manager of Advanced Microscopy and ACRF Telomere Analysis Centre, where responsibilities included overseeing a core research facility with advanced microscopy techniques. Earlier experience includes postdoctoral research at James Cook University, focusing on laboratory management and genetic analyses with Drosophila melanogaster, and a role as Senior Research Associate at Stowers Institute for Medical Research, emphasizing molecular biology and microscopy to study meiosis. Scott earned a Ph.D. in Molecular and Human Genetics from Baylor College of Medicine and a B.S. with Honors in Genetics from The University of Kansas, along with a Certificate in Media from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment.
