Donna Berry has a diverse work experience. Donna started their career at Landstar in 1995 as a Billing Representative, where they worked until 2000. Donna then joined USAssure in 2000 and held various roles within the company. Donna started as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Senior Service Representative in 2002, taking on additional training and distributor development responsibilities. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Team Lead, supervising a high volume and goal-oriented team. From 2007 to 2013, they served as the Marketing & Development Services Manager, where they implemented call strategies and established marketing and sales plans. In 2014, they joined Victor US as an Account Executive, VP.
Donna Berry has completed course work in Early Childhood Education at the University of North Florida. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a 2-20 Resident General Lines Insurance Agent (Property and Casualty) in May 2014.
