Tim McDougald

Tim McDougald currently serves as the Victor US President, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Tim McDougald spent over 34 years at Marsh, where contributions included serving as Managing Director and New England Operations Leader, as well as holding various positions as a Casualty Broker and Client Executive in New York City from 1989 to 2004. Tim McDougald also acted as the Client Executive Practice Leader and Office Head in Morristown, New York, from 2004 to 2010. Tim McDougald is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, having attended from 1985 to 1989.
