Emma Skalka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Emma began their career in 2003 at Vertex Systems, Inc as a Human Resources and Office Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting and hiring resources for various companies. In 2007, they joined Victor Stanley, initially serving in a role focused on Strategic Corporate Business Development before moving on to become the Sales & Marketing Director and eventually the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2021, Emma took on additional roles as the Co-Chair of the Board for The Cultural Landscape Foundation and as a Chief Member for Chief, a private network for senior women leaders.

Emma Skalka received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Umeå University, where they attended from 1997 to 2002. Emma later pursued a UCLA Extension program in Human Resources Management from 2004 to 2006. Emma Skalka also obtained a certification in Coaching Clinic Licensing Program from Coach U, Inc. in 2022.

We have thousands of installations of our products throughout the US and Canada and we export to more than twenty additional countries.
