Grace Nugent

Grace Nugent is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at the Victoria and Albert Museum since October 2020 and as Head of HR for the English National Ballet since December 2016. In previous roles, Grace has led complex employee relations matters and implemented key organizational projects, such as succession planning and leadership development. Notable accomplishments include launching an executive-level leadership program and driving people strategies in conjunction with the Executive team. Grace's career also includes various HR and legal roles at Save the Children International and UK, Duncan Lewis & Co, and Suttons Solicitors. Grace holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Liverpool and a Law Practice Course degree from Nottingham Law School.
