Laura MacDonald

Laura MacDonald is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in high-profile institutions, currently serving as Head of Estate at the Victoria and Albert Museum since October 2021. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles at the University of Greenwich from November 2013 to October 2021, including Head of Facilities Management Contracts and Head of Campus Services, overseeing management for campuses that are part of a World Heritage Site. Laura's expertise encompasses managing building fabric, compliance with health and safety standards, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the preservation of historic environments and the delivery of excellent services for students and visitors.
