Zoe Withers

Zoe Withers has had an extensive career in finance, with their most recent role as the Chief Financial Officer at Victoria Beckham since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the CFO of FACEGYM from May 2019 to December 2020. Zoe also held the position of CFO at Joseph Ltd for a decade, from April 2009 to April 2019. Zoe has worked as the CFO and Company Secretary at Whittard of Chelsea from February 2008 to March 2009, where they successfully sold the business to an equity house. Before that, they served as the Finance Director of Transportation on an interim basis at Harcrow Ltd from October 2007 to January 2008. Zoe also held various finance director positions at Avon Cosmetics between 2001 and 2007, overseeing operations in Central and Eastern Europe, Italy, Fashion Elite, and Ukraine. Zoe'searlier career includes the role of Finance & IT Director at The Ryvita Co from January 1993 to September 2001 and an Auditor at BDO Stoy Hayward from 1983 to 1989.

Zoe Withers has a strong education history. Zoe attended Oxford Brookes University from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a BSC (Hons) degree in Politics & Economics. In 1983, they went on to pursue further studies at the University of Birmingham, obtaining a PGCE in Education by 1984. Years later, they pursued a higher level of education at Cranfield School of Management, completing their MBA in Business Administration between 1996 and 1998.
