Will Simpson has a diverse background in strategy and community justice, currently serving as a Strategy Officer at Victoria Foundation since September 2025. Prior to this role, Will was Principal at Simpson Consulting from December 2014 to September 2025 and held various leadership positions at Equal Justice USA, including Director of Community Safety & Justice and Program Director for the Violence Reduction Initiative.
