Alastair Stephens

Alastair Stephens has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Alastair currently holds the position of UK & I Finance Director Soft Flooring at Victoria Plc, where they lead the finance teams across the UK and manages retail brands, manufacturing, and supply chain. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they served as the Finance Director at Abingdon Flooring Ltd. Alastair also worked at Dunbia Group as the Head of Finance Dunbia (Wales) from 2015 to 2018, where they had responsibilities for finance team management, budgeting, cost control, and year-end accounting. Before that, they worked as an Accountant at Dunbia Group and served as a Financial Controller and Finance Manager - UK Softlines at Amazon. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst and Planning and MI Manager at Halifax. Overall, Alastair has gained significant experience in finance and leadership roles throughout their career.

Alastair Stephens received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Christ College Brecon from the years 1988 to 1994. Alastair then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Portsmouth between 1994 and 1997. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, Alastair completed their education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, earning the Chartered Accountant qualification.
