Victoria PLC is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of flooring products. The Company's principal activities are the manufacture, distribution and sale of floorcoverings. Its segments include UK and Australia. It manufactures wool and synthetic broadloom carpets, carpet tiles, underlay and flooring accessories. In addition, it markets and distributes a range of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and hardwood flooring products produced by third-party manufacturers. Its product offering in the United Kingdom ranges from both crafted, woven Wilton carpets to Tufted carpets in a myriad of fashion colors and styles. Its stock range offerings cover saxonies, tonals, velvets, twists and natural loop pile styles for residential use. The Company supplies its products to the mid to high end residential market and contract sector both in the United Kingdom and overseas. Its subsidiary, Munster Carpets Limited, is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of floorcoverings for the contract market.

Saqib Karim is the current MD of Ezi Floor at Victoria. Prior to this, they were the Assistant VP of Global Deployment at Afiniti.com from September 2017 to April 2018. There, they were responsible for providing leadership for multidisciplinary teams for diverse and complex enterprise projects, as well as life-cycle management of existing deployments to deliver customer value.

From January 2008 to April 2017, Karim was the Regional Head for Emerging Software & Solutions at [Avaya](/org/avaya). In this role, they were responsible for managing the software development process and developing new software products.

Prior to their work at [Avaya](/org/avaya), Karim was the Director / Program Manager at P1 Consulting Pte Ltd from February 2007 to September 2007, and the Owner / Program Manager of P1 Consulting Services from August 2003 to February 2004.

Sean Forde is the current MD of Dunlop Flooring at Victoria. Sean has previously worked as the General Manager of [Hanes Brands Australasia](/org/hanes-brands-australasia), a Sales Representative for Consolidated Tableware, and a Salesperson for David Jones. Sean has over 20 years of experience in the sales industry.

Phil Smith is the current Managing Director of Victoria Carpets Australia. Phil has held this position since 2011. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Adval Australia Pty Ltd from 2003 to 2011. From 2001 to 2003, they were the Managing Director of Steinhoff Pacific. From 1995 to 2001, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Burgess Furniture Australia. And from 1984 to 1995, they were the General Manager of Stegbar.

Mauro Cavazzoli has over a decade of experience in the banking and financial industry. Mauro began their career at Visa in September 2008 as a Marketing Supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for selling various banking products. In October 2014, they became Banks Issuer Coordinador at [Prisma Medios de Pago](/org/prisma-medios-de-pago-s-a). In this role, they oversaw a team of 25 people and was responsible for coaching individuals and groups. From February 2016 to November 2018, they worked as Loyalty and Benefits Head at Banco Macro. In this role, they were responsible for developing loyalty programs and benefits for Banco Macro's customers. From November 2018 to February 2019, they worked as Partnership Agreements Manager at Almundo. In this role, they negotiated and managed partnerships with various businesses. Mauro is currently working as Banking Capabilities Sr Manager at [Mercado Libre](/org/mercadolibre). In this role, they are responsible for business development.

Andrea Bordignon is the current MD of Victoria Ceramics Italy. Andrea has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in a variety of companies. 

Bordignon started their career in 2000 as an Industrial Department Finance and Administration Manager for Commer Spa. In 2003, they became Vice President of Operations for General Services and M&A for Pierrel Spa. 

In 2008, Bordignon was hired as CEO and General Manager for ATT SpA. Andrea was responsible for reorganizing the financial and administration areas, improving production skills and starting new production lines, starting new subsidiaries abroad, and reorganizing production sites. 

After four years with ATT SpA, Bordignon moved on to Duke & Kay as an Associate in 2014. In 2017, they transitioned to their current role as MD of Victoria Ceramics Italy.

Andrea Bordignon has a degree in Engineering from [Politecnico di Milano](/org/politecnico-di-milano) and has completed a course in Business Plan avanzato from [SDA Bocconi](/org/sda-bocconi).

Prior to joining Victoria in 2015, Michael spent eight years at Rothschild where, as part of their Global Financial Advisory business, he worked across a wide range of public and private company transactions, M&A and debt and equity-related fund raisings. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Geoff is a former investment banker.  He set up his own investment company in New Zealand in 1989.  Geoff was appointed Executive Chairman at the General Meeting on 3 October 2012 and has been responsible for execution of the Company’s strategy ever since.
