Jacinta Alexander

Jacinta Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership, ticketing, and customer operations within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Membership, Ticketing and Customer Operations at Victoria Racing Club since August 2021, Jacinta has previously held multiple roles at AFL - Australian Football League from July 2013 to August 2021, including Operations Manager and Head of Growth Products. Additional experience includes positions at Hawthorn Football Club, Gold Coast SUNS, and Carlton Football Club, where Jacinta developed a strong foundation in membership operations and ticketing coordination.
