Philippa Windridge

Philippa Windridge is a seasoned consultant at Victoria Wall Associates since April 2008, specializing in Graduate, Secretarial, Marketing, and HR recruitment. Philippa initially joined VWA for temporary work during a career transition and quickly became involved in the temporary recruitment desk. Prior experience includes a Graduate Trainee role at Aon from September 2006 to October 2007, where Philippa gained broking experience across various departments including Transaction Liability and Political Risk. An internship in the Marketing Department at Beazley in early 2006 provided early exposure to the London Market, assisting with projects such as a company re-brand. Philippa holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University, completed between 2003 and 2005.
