Ina Gherman

Ina Gherman has over 17 years of experience in various roles within the banking sector. Starting in 2002, they worked at BC Banca de economii SA as the Chief of banking operations division and later as the Chief Accountant of the branch. In 2006, they joined BC Investprivatbank SA as the Head of Finance Department. Since 2009, Ina has been with Victoriabank, where they have held several positions including Head of Administration Branches Activities Division, Head of Business process optimisation Division, Director Call Center, and currently as the Head of Card-commercial Department.

Ina Gherman's education history includes obtaining an Executive MBA from the Maastricht School of Management, with a focus on Business. This degree was earned between the years 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Performance Management from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2017, specializing in Financial Management.
