Marcus Lagerkvist is an experienced project leader and construction manager with a strong background in property development and construction management. Currently serving as Projektchef Fastighetsutveckling at Victoriahem since January 2024, Marcus previously held key positions at ByggPartner as Platschef and at Gimlä Bygg & Förvaltning as both Platschef/Vice VD and Arbetsledare. Marcus's educational qualifications include studies in building and real estate, personal leadership, and distance training as a personal trainer, obtained from various institutions including BFAB and The Academy Sweden.
