Anne-Marie Leslie GAICD, FAHRI, currently serves as the Deputy Chair and a member of the Board of Directors at the Victorian Healthcare Association and holds the position of Non-Executive Director and Senior Deputy Chair at Colac Area Health. With significant prior experience, Anne-Marie held key roles at Cochlear as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, at Bristol Myers Squibb as Executive Director, and at Eastman Kodak Company in various HR leadership positions. Educational qualifications include a Graduate of the Company Directors Program from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Master's in Human Resources from Rutgers University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from La Trobe University.

Since 1938, the Victorian Healthcare Association has been supporting Victoria’s publicly funded healthcare providers to respond to system reform, shape policy and advocate on key issues. The VHA is the peak body for the state’s public hospitals and community health services. In 2010, the VHA established the Australian Centre for Healthcare Governance to support Australia’s health and community sector to improve their clinical and corporate governance.
