Patrick Nelson Dator

Patrick Nelson Dator, BScN, RN, currently serves as the Director and Senior Manager at VON Canada, where responsibilities include leading a team in the Home Care and Community sector and overseeing employee training to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Previously, Patrick held the role of Clinical Education Manager at VON Canada, providing performance feedback to nurses and enhancing leadership capacities within the team. From September 2011 to December 2019, Patrick worked at Bayshore HealthCare as the Manager of Clinical Practice, ensuring adherence to CNO standards and managing nursing staff for optimal client care. Earlier in career history, Patrick was the Team Lead for Visiting Nursing at Downsview Long Term Care and also served as an In-Charge Nurse. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dr. Carlos S. Lanting College, and a background in General Studies from Far Eastern University.
