Alicia Heil

Alicia Heil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Alicia most recently held the position of Associate Vice President of Quality & Manufacturing Engineering at Victoria's Secret, starting in April 2021. Prior to that, Alicia worked as the Director of Product Integrity at Victoria's Secret from July 2020 to April 2021. Before joining Victoria's Secret, they worked at L Brands, where they served as the Director of Technical Services from April 2017 to July 2020, and as the Quality Assurance Manager from March 2014 to April 2017. Alicia also gained experience at Abercrombie & Fitch, where they held the positions of Senior Manager of Quality Assurance from February 2009 to March 2014, Operations Manager from May 2006 to February 2009, and Operations Supervisor from March 2005 to May 2006. Alicia began their career at Cardinal Health as a Service Specialist from January 2003 to October 2004 and later worked there as a DC Coordinator from October 2004 to March 2005.
