Kevin Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kevin has held various leadership roles in companies such as Victoria's Secret, L Brands, Deloitte Consulting, and AutoZone.

At Victoria's Secret, Kevin started as the Manager of Brand Integration in 2007. Kevin then advanced to positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Business Strategy Integration, Associate Vice President of Mast Global Business Strategy Integration, and finally Vice President of Mast Global Business Strategy Integration. In these roles, they led strategic initiatives aimed at improving operations, supply chain strategies, and product development across Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, and La Senza.

Kevin also gained valuable consulting experience at Deloitte Consulting, where they served as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Manager at AutoZone from 1997 to 2000.

Currently, Kevin Ellis serves as the Vice President of Transformation at Victoria's Secret, where they lead strategic transformation initiatives to drive growth. Their projects focus on areas such as merger integration, digital transformation, and business process improvements.

Kevin Ellis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1992. Kevin then pursued further education and completed an MBA with a specialization in Operations Management at The University of Memphis from 1997 to 1999.
