Lynne Bilenkey has over 20 years of experience in digital commerce and merchandising. Lynne started their career at QVC, where they served as a Merchandising Planner and Senior Merchandising Planner, responsible for managing inventory, sales, and profit. Lynne then moved on to become the eCommerce Merchandising Manager at QVC The Shopping Channel UK, where they implemented sales strategies and managed a team. After that, Lynne worked at Bell Canada as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the content sites and executing marketing strategies. Their most recent role was at Victoria's Secret & Co., where they held various positions, including Senior Vice President of Digital Commerce & Operations. In this role, they were responsible for creating and optimizing digital commerce strategies and driving demand and KPIs for browsing traffic and conversion. Throughout their career, Lynne has consistently demonstrated their expertise in merchandising, strategy development, and team management.
