Mike Fair

Mike Fair has had a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT security. Mike started their career at Target Corporation in 1996 and held various roles, including Manager of the Security Operations Center and Manager of eCommerce Security. At Academy Sports + Outdoors, Mike served as the Enterprise Manager of IT Governance Security and Compliance, where they introduced cost-cutting measures and implemented security technologies. Mike then joined L Brands as the Director of IT Security, where they established a Fusion Center and maximized operational efficiency. Currently, Mike works at Victoria's Secret as the Associate Vice President of Cybersecurity.
