Shawuan Johnson

Shawuan Johnson has extensive experience in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandising. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Victoria's Secret & Co., a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Merchandising at Tommy Hilfiger from November 2021 to December 2023.

Shawuan's previous experience includes various roles at Tommy Hilfiger, where they served as EVP Merchandising & Design from March 2019 to July 2020, SVP/GMM Women's Apparel and Accessories from October 2013 to March 2019, and V.P. Merchandising & Design Women's/Accessories from November 2010 to October 2013.

Before joining Tommy Hilfiger, they worked as the Head of Merchandising at Esprit from January 2004 to November 2010. Shawuan also held the position of Senior Merchant at The Limited from 2002 to 2004, and worked as a Merchant at Ann Taylor from 1997 to 2002.

Shawuan Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2017, they completed the Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School.
