Tami began their career at EXPRESS as a Production Assistant, where they monitored and tracked production events and improved on-time delivery. Tami then moved on to become a Production Coordinator, where they coordinated deliveries and negotiated costing.
At The Limited, Tami worked as a Sr. Production Coordinator, managing sourcing functions and planning deliveries with overseas factories.
Tami's next role was at Victoria's Secret Pink, where they served as a Sr. Production Planner, ensuring the end-to-end development of products and troubleshooting issues. Tami then became a Product Development Manager, overseeing development in a specific category and leading teams globally.
