Elaine has always been passionate about design and helping people. When they were working as a Financial Services Manager at Mercedes-Benz Canada, they were recognized by the President & CEO for providing exemplary customer service. This inspired Elaine to pursue a career in design, where they could help people in a more direct way.
Elaine's first foray into the design world was as a UI/UX Designer at Take5. There, they created the company's first high fidelity mobile prototype and designed features such as wellness break scheduling, transparency messages, and meeting buffers.
After their time at Take5, Elaine joined Springboard as a Spirio. At Springboard, Elaine used mixed UX Research methodologies to uncover user pain points and to better understand current competitors. Elaine also designed desirable features and created interaction points that would encourage new and existing users to subscribe; thereby increasing company revenue.
Elaine is now using their design skills to help Victorious create amazing user experiences.
