Dan Pope

Dan Pope is a seasoned business leader and public official with extensive experience in finance and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of Victory Bank since August 2022, Dan previously held the position of Mayor of Lubbock from May 2016 to May 2022. Dan's entrepreneurial spirit was evident during the tenure as President/CEO and Founder of Benchmark Business Solutions from 1994 to 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Xerox Corporation from 1985 to 1994. Educationally, Dan holds Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University, where studies were completed from 1981 to 1985.
